Here at LoveLocks® we have been inspired by an ancient custom, which is believed to have originated in China - where lovers lock a padlock on a chain or gate and then throw away the key, symbolically locking their love forever.

Around the world, cities from Moscow to Rome are filled with fences, gates, and poles adorned with padlocks. 

These padlocks are an expression of hope and humanity, connecting people around the world with the one thing that unites us all: love.

Lovelocks® and accessories have been artfully designed with the care and love we hope they will communicate. It was our privilege to design a piece of art called a “Lovescape” where the locks can be conscientiously placed, that will be both a personal joy, and a universal symbol of love. Each padlock features a double heart design and is delivered without a key, meaning they lock only once, and once the lock is sealed it is kept sealed forever.

Here at LoveLocks UK we selectively place LoveScapes throughout the United Kingdom, so that we all may share in the joy of locking ones love for all eternity.
