Delivery and Returns Information
How do I pay?
We can accept payment via Paypal (you can also pay via credit/debit card via Paypal site without an account)
Cheques should be made payable to Lovelocks Ltd.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched each day, Mon-Fri. If there are any processing delays, you will be notified at checkout.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 (which is usually next day delivery but can take up to 14 working days), and an Express Delivery option via Interlink Couriers is also available at checkout. Standard delivery orders may be subject to processing delays during busy periods, whereas Express Delivery will be given same or next day priority processing.
How much is postage?
Delivery is FREE for all UK orders via standard Royal Mail 24, and £6.95 for Express Delivery via Interlink Courier.
This is for a gift, is the packaging discreet?
Yes, our packaging does not include our name or logo.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes we do! For customers in the rest of Europe our delivery charges are just £3.75 for all EU orders- even really big ones!
We do not deliver outside of Europe at the present time.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid) within 7 working days of your order (with the exception of custom engraved Locks). You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.
If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unopened and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund.
Custom engraved LoveLocks are however exempt from this, and may not be returned for refund or exchange unless a genuine product fault is present.
How do I return an item?
You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
